Bezano GmbH sees itself as a forward-looking education provider. Our goal is to reintegrate jobseekers into the labour market for the long term – to the highest professional and personal standards.
Most of the people who come to us are facing the challenge of returning to working life – whether through mental strain, a lack of direction or missing career prospects. We meet them with respect, professional expertise and a holistic approach built on empowerment rather than the mere transfer of knowledge.

Education, guidance, support
As an AZAV-accredited provider, we combine programmes for approaching the labour market (field 1) with professional training and further education (field 4) – solid expertise, one-to-one coaching and hands-on training methods in one.
People at the centre
Everything we do is shaped by a humanistic view of people. Our participants are not numbers but individuals with their own histories, potential and goals – supported through respectful communication and genuine work on their prospects.

HOW WE GUIDE YOU
Approach & activation
In the first step (field 1) we find our bearings together, identify barriers and rebuild the motivation to return to working life.
Individual coaching
In personal coaching sessions we strengthen personal responsibility, resilience and a realistic career perspective.
Qualification
Through certified further training and modular skills courses (field 4) we build exactly the competencies the labour market is asking for.
Lasting integration
Together with employers, job centres and employment agencies we lead into employment that holds – not into short-term placement.
THE BIGGER GOAL
In the medium term we want to establish ourselves as the leading provider of labour-market-oriented education in the region. In the long term we are working towards nationwide recognition for outstanding education and integration work.

Who are your programmes for?
Primarily for jobseekers who – for a wide range of reasons – want to find their way back into work. Participation usually takes place in cooperation with the employment agency or the relevant job centre.
What does AZAV accreditation mean?
We are an AZAV-accredited education provider active in field 1 (approaching the labour market) and field 4 (professional training and further education). This means our programmes can be funded through the relevant public bodies.
Do you simply place people in the first available job?
No. Our goal is not short-term placement but lasting activation and genuine integration into work – with realistic, sustainable prospects.
How do you ensure quality?
Through continuous quality management. Our mission is reviewed in the annual management assessment, adapted to new requirements and developed further together with the team.
